We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate will perform residential home inspections and related services while creating a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved in the transaction. Key Responsibilities - Perform professional residential home inspections in accordance with company standards - Evaluate structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other key home systems - Identify defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues - Communicate findings clearly to clients and agents - Deliver detailed, accurate inspection reports - Represent the company in a professional and customer-first manner Requirements - 1+ years working construction - Basic knowledge of residential construction and home systems - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Solid computer and typing skills - Physically able to climb ladders, walk roofs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces - Availability to work evenings and weekends if necessary - Ability to pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Valid driver’s license required - Home inspection certifications a plus Training & Development We provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training, including both hands-on field training and at-home study. Certification opportunities are available to support your professional growth. Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience - Company-provided equipment and uniforms - Ongoing training and certification support Qualifications (Preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of construction or related experience - Home Inspection certifications a plus Work Environment This is a field-based role. Inspectors will work both outdoors and in residential properties, with occasional office-related tasks. - Candidate must be comfortable climbing a ladder for hard-to-reach interior inspections along with climbing on the roof of the property.
