Buyer Home Inspections
A buyer's home inspection gives you a complete understanding of the property before you commit. We evaluate structural components, systems, and potential issues so you can make an informed decision and avoid costly surprises after closing.

Seller Pre-Listing Home Inspections
Get ahead of the process by identifying issues before listing your home. Our pre-listing inspections help you address concerns early, price your home accurately, and avoid delays during negotiations.

New Construction
Even new homes can have hidden issues. We inspect newly built properties to ensure everything meets proper standards before you move in, giving you peace of mind that your investment is solid from day one.

Sewer Inspections
Protect yourself from one of the most expensive hidden issues in a home. Our sewer scope inspection uses a high-resolution camera to examine the underground sewer line for damage, buildup, or root intrusion.
You’ll receive clear findings and video documentation, giving you confidence in the condition of the sewer system before you buy, sell, or maintain your property.

Mold / Moisture & Air Quality Testing
Protect your health and your property. Our mold inspections identify potential growth and moisture issues, helping you address problems before they spread or worsen.
-
Air Sampling
Our air sampling service is designed to evaluate the indoor air quality of a property by identifying airborne contaminants that may not be visible to the naked eye. Using specialized equipment, we collect air samples from key areas of the home to test for mold spores and other particulates.
-
Swab Testing
Swab testing is used to evaluate visible or suspected areas of contamination on surfaces within the home. A sterile swab is used to collect a sample from walls, ceilings, HVAC components, or other materials where mold or microbial growth may be present.
The sample is submitted to an independent laboratory for analysis to determine the type and concentration of contaminants. This targeted approach helps confirm whether discoloration or staining is mold-related and provides clarity on the extent of the issue.
-
Moisture Meter
Hidden moisture can lead to costly damage and mold growth. Our moisture meter testing helps identify problem areas behind walls and surfaces before they become visible issues.
Using professional-grade equipment, we quickly assess moisture levels and provide clear insights so you can take action with confidence.

Thermal Imaging Inspections
Thermal imaging uses infrared technology to detect temperature differences within building materials. This allows us to identify potential issues that are not visible to the naked eye, such as moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, air leaks, and overheating electrical components.
This non-invasive tool enhances the inspection by helping locate hidden concerns and areas that may require further evaluation.

Radon Testing
Protect your health and your property. Our mold inspections identify potential growth and moisture issues, helping you address problems before they spread or worsen.
Radon testing is performed to measure the level of radon gas within a home. Radon is a naturally occurring, odorless gas that can enter a property through the soil and accumulate indoors.
We place calibrated testing devices in appropriate areas of the home for a specified period to accurately measure radon levels. Results are analyzed and compared to established guidelines to determine if elevated levels are present and whether mitigation may be recommended.

Drinking Water Testing
Drinking water testing is performed to evaluate the quality and safety of a home’s water supply. Samples are collected from designated fixtures and submitted to a certified laboratory for analysis.
Testing can identify the presence of contaminants such as bacteria, nitrates, heavy metals, and other substances that may affect water quality. Results are compared to established standards to determine if levels are within acceptable ranges or if further action is recommended.
111 contaminants analyzed, 5-day turnaround, lab tested, and a detailed explanation of the report.
We also offer INSTANT water testing called TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) Water Testing. We use a digital TDS meter to quickly measure the level of dissolved solids in your home’s water supply. Total dissolved solids (TDS) represent the combined content of minerals, salts, and other substances present in water.
This instant reading provides a general indication of overall water quality and can help identify elevated levels that may affect taste, clarity, or performance of plumbing and appliances. TDS testing is used as a screening tool and may be supplemented with laboratory analysis if further evaluation is needed.
